Treatments

  • Deep Tissue

Uses slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles, helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduces tension. It doesn’t have to be painful: we remain on the edge of a therapeutic discomfort.
It may also promote faster healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation.

  • Myofascial

A slow building up of sustained pressure and stretches that promote movement and release restricted areas due to constantly being on the same position while working or while recovering from an injury. A more superficial approach than deep tissue.

  • Swedish Relaxation

Slow and long strokes that will help you to release any emotional or physical tension, focused on upper back and neck that ends with 20 min of head massage
A combination of long gliding, kneading, percussion, and friction, applied to the superficial tissues of the body. These strokes combined with active and passive movements create a fluid, relaxing, circulatory-enhancing massage session.

  • Pregnancy

A mix of relaxing strokes and deep tissue where needed. Focused on back and hips.
